Course Objectives The aim of the course is to learn basic concepts, principles and rules of Administrative Law.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • explain the notion, types and procedure of administrative contracts.
  • explain the notion and the implementing procedures of public service
  • explain the notions of public order and administrative police.
  • interpret the notion of civil servant, the legal status of civil servant, the disciplinary regime of civil servants.
  • describe public goods and expropriation
  • argue the principles governing the liability of Administration, and the scope of the liability types
  • interpret the judicial decisions accessed through electronic methods, about the concepts and principles within the scope of the course.
Course Description Administrative actions, administrative contracts, public service, administrative police, liability of administration, civil servants, public domain will be handled in the scope of this course.
